Plate Vibrator
We offer technically superior plate vibrator that are used to compact concrete to avoid blowholes on concrete slabs. The compaction level can be adjusted as per the thickness of the slab. - The Tirupati Vibrating needle is available in most commonly used
sizes of 25, 40, 50 & 60mm diameters with a vibration frequency
range of 12000-15000 vpm. These are compatible with complete range of
Petrol, Diesel and Electric Drive Units of most popular makes in the
market. Needle sizes in 30 & 80 mm can be supplied against specific
orders only.
- Taking into account the wearing out of all the surfaces, Rotor
housing and Rotors are Induction hardened and the same way, the head
top nut & Inner core are specifically heat treated. The materials
used are Magnesium Alloy Steels, to ensure the best results at all the
levels.
Flexible Shaft
- Outer Casing made from designer moulded abrasion resistant rubber
hose, which are braided with full jacket in high tensile steel wires.
- Inner Core made from multiple layer of heat treated spring steel wires for better flexibility & strength.
